The Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements 2024 will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, after the close of the Athex trading session.
Thursday 3/07/2025:
Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
The Company will inform the investing public about the decisions of the Board of Directors regarding the allocation of profits for the fiscal year 2024. If a dividend distribution is decided, the relevant cut-off dates, determination of beneficiaries and commencement of payment will also be provided in the same announcement.
Monday 29/9/2025:
The Announcement of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the Company for the fiscal year 2025 will take place on Monday, September 29, 2025.
The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, after timely informing investors of the amendment hereof, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
