In accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, ELINOIL HELLENIC PETROLEUM COMPANY S.A hereby announces the following transactions: 1) Ms. Eleftheria Karnessis, Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, pursuant to her notification to the Company dated on 3d of March 2026, has proceeded with the purchase of 136.910 common registered shares of ELINOIL SA, with a total value of 250.545,30 euros, 2) Ms. Angelique Karnessis, Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, pursuant to her notification to the Company dated on 3d of March 2026, has proceeded with the purchase of 136.910 common registered shares of ELINOIL SA, with a total value of 250.545,30 euros.
